远程视频演讲指南

Visual Presentation Guidelines

 

考虑到目前全球的影响,大会接受因旅行限制原因而无法前来参加会议的演讲人采用远程视频演讲的形式分享其关于每个会议议题*新的研究成果和动态。

Given the current pandemic and international travelling restrictions, visual presentations are accepted for those speakers who are not able to present physically at the conference, but still hope to share their latest research findings and updates in one of the conference sessions.

 

为确保视频演讲的展示和宣传效果,我们制定了以下指南,以便演讲人更好地准备他们的报告。

To ensure visibility and exposure of these visual presentations, some guidelines are detailed below for assisting the speakers to prepare their presentations.

 

演讲报告的准备

演讲可以用中文或者英文进行。

Presentations can be presented and delivered in English or Chinese.

 

请使用Microsoft PowerPoint准备演讲材料,幻灯片数量在15页以内,尺寸比例为16:9。

Please prepare your presentations on Microsoft PowerPoint,max. 15 slides using the slide size of 16:9 ratio.

 

远程视频演讲将通过Zoom会议客户端进行,演讲人可通过“”功能自行播放PowerPoint材料。以防现场出现技术问题影响会议秩序,演讲人需于2022年11月30日前向组委会提交PowerPoint材料(可同时准备一份PDF文档)作为备份。大会组委会在此郑重承诺,我们不会在任何情况下以任何方式在会议之前公开任何提交上来的材料。

Visual presentations will be made via Zoom Meeting, where the presenters can play the PowerPoint and share the screen by themselves.In case of any technical problems,the PowerPoint file (with an additional PDF version) is required byNovember 30, 2022 as a backup.Conference organizing committee hereby promises that all the materials submitted will not be publicized in any way from our source before the conference dates.

 

请使用不小于20号的字体,确保其他与会者在远处也能看清您的报告内容。所有图表及图像的大小也应不小于20号字体。

Please use a minimum font size of 20 pt to ensure that your content is visible to everybody in the presentation room. All text in graphs and images should also be of the same or larger size than 20 pt.

Zoom会议接入注意事项

Connection toZoom Meeting

 

演讲人需自备电脑、摄像头与麦克风,在电脑上安装Zoom会议客户端软件后通过网络远程接入会议,以便进行演讲。Zoom会议客户端软件下载地址如下:

All presenters shall prepare a computer/laptop, with camera and microphone, and connect to the Zoom Meeting via Internet in order to deliver the visual talk. The link for downloading the Zoom Meeting App:

接入Zoom会议的链接将于2022年11月30日前发送给进行远程视频演讲的发言人。

The Zoom Meeting link will be circulated to presenters before November 30, 2022.

    

请至少在自己报告开始前15分钟接入Zoom会议室,进行最后的准备,以保证会议顺利行进。

Please join the Zoom Meeting at least 15 minutes before your presentation slot for final briefing. This ensures that the session runs smoothly.

 


预先录制演讲指南

Presentation Guidelines for Pre-recorded Talks

 

考虑到目前全球的影响,大会接受因旅行限制原因而无法前来参加会议的演讲人采用预先录制演讲的形式分享其关于每个会议议题*新的研究成果和动态。

Given the current pandemic and international travelling restrictions, pre-recorded talks are accepted for those speakers who are not able to present physically at the conference, but still hope to share their latest research findings and updates in one of the conference sessions.

 

为确保预先录制演讲的展示和宣传效果,我们制定了以下指南,以便演讲人更好地准备他们的报告。

To ensure visibility and exposure of these pre-recorded talks, some guidelines are detailed below for assisting the speakers to prepare their presentations.

 

请使用Microsoft PowerPoint准备报告材料,尺寸比例为16:9,录制语音操作流程:

第一步:选中第一页幻灯片,使用“插入-音频-录制音频”功能通过电脑麦克为第一页幻灯片录制语音(或可通过“插入-音频-PC上的音频”功能插入电脑中保存的音频文件);

第二步:根据已完成录制语音的时间长度,在“切换-换片方式-设置自动换片时间”功能中为第一页幻灯片设置换片时间(精确到秒);

第三步:第一页完成后,再选中第二页完成如上操作,而后选中第三页完成如上操作,直至最后一页。

如此,制作完成的PowerPoint文件在幻灯片放映模式下可自动播放并带有语音。

Please prepare your presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint,using the slide size of 16:9 ratio. The pre-recording process is:

Step 1: Select the 1st slide,and record your speech via your computer mic for it, using the function of “Insert - Audio - Record Audio” (or use the function of “Insert - Audio- Audio on My PC” to insert an audio file from your computer, which has been pre-recorded via other device);

Step 2: According to the time length of the audio recorded for the 1st slide, set a suitable duration/presentation time (in seconds) for it with the function of “Transitions – Advance Slide - After” to ensure a smooth transition to the next slide;

Step 3: After the completion of the above process for the 1st slide, do the same for the 2nd slide, then the 3rd slide…until the last one.

Afterwards by starting the PowerPoint file (using the "Presentation mode"), the file will automatically run through all slides (including voice) to the end.

 

可选择录制一个在报告开始前作自我介绍的视频(2分钟以内)。

It is optional to prepare a short video recording (less than 2 minutes) of yourself for making a self-introduction.

 

为确保会议现场秩序,请您于2022年11月30日前提交自我介绍视频和报告PowerPoint文件,并确保视频与报告的总时间不超过15分钟。大会组委会在此郑重承诺,我们不会在任何情况下以任何方式在会议之前公开任何提交上来的材料。

In order to rantee a smooth and well organised conference, both the shortself-introduction video and the PowerPoint file (with embedded speech) are requiredbyNovember 30, 2022.The total time of the video and the PowerPoint presentation must be no more than 15 minutes. The Conference Organizing Committee hereby confirms that all materials submitted will not be publicized in any way from our side before the conference.

 

报告所用电脑采用Windows 7系统和2010版本的Microsoft Office。请确保您的报告所用PowerPoint能与该系统和版本兼容。

Oral Presentation Guidelines

 

口头为演讲人提供了在大会上展示和宣传其研究成果的绝佳机会。此外,作为一个论坛,大会中的口头报告分会也是整个大会参会者们讨论每个会议议题*新研究结果和的平台。

Oral Presentations provide speakers the opportunity to present their papers at the conference with maximum visibility and exposure. Additionally, the oral presentation sessions at the conference serve as a forum for the entire conference community to discuss the latest research findings and updates on each of the sessions’ topics.

 

为确保所有与会者能进行卓有成效的讨论和交流,我们制定了以下指南,以协助会议发言者更好地进行展示。

To ensure a fruitful experience for all conference participants, some guidelines are detailed below for assisting the presenters with their presentations.

In order to rantee a smooth and well organised conference,the PowerPoint file is requiredbyNovember 30, 2022. Any hesitation on the pretext of confidential elements will not be accepted as we assume that all information in a presentation shall be public. Final update of the slides shall be brought to the Conference Registration Counter onsite. Conference organizing committee hereby promises that all the materials submitted will not be publicized in any way from our source before the conference dates.

Delivery of oral presentations

    

应按照大会分配的时间进行报告材料的准备。具体的报告时间请参照大会现场《观众指南》上的议程。

Length of presentation material should be in accordance with your time allotted. Please refer to theprogramon the Visitor Guide for actual presentation times.

    

请至少在自己报告开始前15分钟到达会议室,进行最后的准备,以保证会议顺利行进。

Please be present at the conference room at least 15 minutes before the start of your session for final briefing. This ensures that the session runs smoothly.
